If you’ve been following my online journey, you might have noticed something a bit different recently. That’s right, folks, I decided to bite the bullet and rebrand Bravery Branding. Why, you ask? Well, because who wants to be a snooze-fest in a world that’s already so serious? And so, without further ado, I present to you the new, playful look to Bravery Branding. πŸš€

 

Why the Rebrand?

Change is inevitable, and it was time for a little makeover. It’s not often that I find myself ready for change. The old brand was like that outdated hairstyle you’ve had since high school – comfortable, but painfully uncool. So, I decided to hit the refresh button and go with something more exciting, more fun, and more… well, brave! 2023 was the first full year spent fully focusing on Bravery Branding. I knew 2024 would be better yet, so here’s to starting those good vibes now!

Introducing the NEW Bravery Branding

I’ve always loved my business name, so I knew that needed to stay the same. (And for the sake of business logistics I knew it would be a nightmare to change the name of my LLC…no thanks!) Bravery Branding has a nice ring to it. It’s like the cool friend who’s always up for an adventure, and that’s precisely the vibe I wanted. I’m in the business of making bold statements, and in case you missed it, branding never goes out of style…and neither does bravery! I knew this rebrand needed to be better than the first one. Brighter colors, cool patterns and playful text – all things the old look lacked.

Color Palette

Let’s talk about the color palette – it’s like a box of crayons threw up all over my website…in a good way! We’re talking vibrant corals, electric blues, and sunny yellows that make you feel like you’re basking in perpetual sunshine. No more of those bland, corporate grays. It’s all about embracing the colors of life! And as a designer, color is one of the most important factors.

Pattern

Creating a spunky pattern to correspond with my brand was something I always envisioned, but it never felt right with the old brand look. I wanted something that complimented the primary logo, added even more personality, and gave more dimension to my business. Plain white backgrounds are boring. I wanted to spruce up my sticker game, client giftboxes, thank you cards, etc. …And to say I’m obsessed with this new pattern would be an understatement!

Slogan

Growing up, I always heard the phrase, “Bravery never goes out of style.” It’s stuck with me ever since and was even considered when brainstorming my business name back in 2020. As for the new slogan, “Branding never goes out of style,” it’s both a statement of fact and a tribute to the undeniable timelessness of the branding industry. Seriously, who needs new ideas when you can just repackage the old ones and call them “classic” and “redefined”?

 

Rebranding your business is like giving it a fresh, sassy new outfit – it’s not about hiding your past but embracing the future. Creating a new look for Bravery Branding has brought me so much joy over these last few months. It was a breathe of fresh air to see bright colors and fun patterns or fonts fill my computer screen. It’s brought out another creative side that I’m loving. It’s been so fun to shake things up, catch the spotlight, and remind everyone that I can still be the life of the party.
